Experience travelling in a hot air balloon

We are collaborating with Ron Auerostación S.L to give our guests a unique experience in travelling in a hot air balloon.

The suggested route will take about one hour and you will get the chance to fly over Vitoria-Gasteiz, the Basque country capital and La Rioja (the wine district). You will also have the opportunity to customise the trip if you have any particular places of interests that you wish to visit.

The trip will normally start in Vitoria-Gasteiz, but for some itineraries you will be picked up at Hotel arganzón PLAZA. An hour before take the preparations for getting the hot air balloon ready will start and it will not be long before you are on-board and rising to around 1400 metres altitude.

As per tradition, you will experience a "brindis de altura", a toast with spanish sparkling wine when you reach your cruising altitude.
