Reservations and cancellations

BOOKING CONFIRMATION

To confirm a booking Arganzón Plaza requires you to provide your credit card details to guarantee payment.  Arganzón Plaza will not charge this credit card unless you decide to cancel the booking without following the cancellation policy below.

If you do not wish to use your credit card to secure the booking, it is also possible to confirm a booking by doing a direct bank transfer of an amount equal to the price of the room rate for the first night. This amount will later be deducted from your final bill. However, keep in mind that if this is done using international bank transfers this process can take up to five working days and your booking cannot be secured until the money has been received. Please contact in advance us if you wish to use this method.

CANCELLATION

During high season: 1st of April – 31st of October. (and bank holidays)

If the booking is cancelled 7 days or more before the arrival date no charge will be made.  In the case of a cancellation with less notice than 7 days of the arrival date the agreed room rate for the first night will be charged. However, should we charge you for the first night, Arganzón Plaza will allow you to stay one night for free in the hotel during the following six month.

If you decide to not cancel the booking and not to show up Arganzón Plaza will continue to secure the room for you throughout the booking period. This means that you will be charged for the full booking period. We will accept cancellations throughout the booking period and you will at this point be charged for the number of days the booking has elapsed plus the room rate for the following night.

The hotel reserves the right to charge one additional night should you decide to leave before the booking period is over.
